Port St. Lucie, FL – Injury Crash on I-95 N

Port St. Lucie, FL (December 18, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on I-95 North in Port St. Lucie on Thursday morning, December 17. According to Florida 511, the collision occurred around 7:37 a.m. near Mile Marker 123.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrived to find multiple vehicles damaged and leaving one person injured. Victims were evaluated at the scene, and one individual required medical transport to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The extent of the injuries has not yet been released. By 7:44 a.m., officials confirmed that the two right lanes were blocked as responders worked to secure the roadway.

Traffic slowed significantly as troopers redirected vehicles around the scene. Investigators are continuing to determine what led to the crash.
