White Marsh, MD – Multiple Vehicle Collisions on I-95 Near Gunpowder Falls Hospitalize One

White Marsh, MD (September 15, 2023) – On the morning of Friday, September 15th, the White Marsh area witnessed two separate crashes involving multiple vehicles on the northbound lanes of I-95.

Around 8:30 a.m., emergency responders including Maryland State Police (MSP)  rushed to the scene at mile marker 70.3 on northbound I-95, close to Gunpowder Falls. Upon arrival, the MSP confirmed that five vehicles had collided in the crash.

Unfortunately, one individual involved in the accident was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center due to injuries sustained during the collision.

As the scene unfolded, tow trucks were called in to remove four of the damaged vehicles from the roadway, clearing the roadway for other commuters.

The Maryland State Police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding these collisions.
