White Marsh, MD (December 11, 2023) – A tragic incident occurred on Sunday, December 10th, as a wrong-way crash on I-95 in White Marsh, Baltimore County, claimed the life of a woman. Around 4 a.m., state police received reports of a vehicle heading north in the southbound lanes. The 2009 Acura sedan, driven by 29-year-old Courtney Dunston, collided head-on with a tractor-trailer near exit 67, resulting in Dunston’s tragic death. Fortunately, the unidentified truck driver emerged unharmed. The aftermath led to road closures for approximately five hours as authorities managed the scene. An ongoing state police investigation suggests that excessive speed and potential alcohol impairment may have played a role in the crash.
