Titusville, FL – Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crashes on I-95 Leave One Dead, One Critical

Titusville, FL (November 17, 2025) – A tragic series of three overnight crashes on Interstate 95 left one man dead and a woman critically injured on Saturday, November 15. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident began shortly after midnight on I-95 northbound, just south of State Road 46.

The first crash happened when the driver of a Chevrolet Impala changed lanes into the path of a Volkswagen ID.4. The impact left both vehicles disabled in the roadway. Moments later, the 33-year-old Impala driver got out of his car and was struck by two oncoming vehicles that tried to avoid the wreck. He died at the scene despite efforts from motorists who stopped to help. A woman who pulled over to assist was also struck by another vehicle soon after. Troopers said she suffered critical injuries and was airlifted to HCA Lake Monroe Hospital for emergency care.

FHP investigators worked through the morning to piece together the chain of events. Authorities have not released more details but confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
