Spotsylvania Co., VA – Four-Vehicle Crash on I-95/MM 120 Causes Serious Injuries

Spotsylvania County, VA (December 2, 2025) – A serious four-vehicle collision involving a tractor-trailer injured multiple people on Interstate 95 on Tuesday, December 2. The crash occurred around 8:54 a.m. at mile marker 120, according to the Virginia State Police. Investigators say the chain of events began when an unidentified white pickup truck struck a Nissan Kicks, causing it to veer into a guardrail.

Two passengers inside the Highlander were injured, including one who sustained serious, potentially life-altering injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for urgent care. A passenger in the Nissan suffered non-life-threatening injuries and received additional medical treatment after the crash. Troopers reported that the driver of the white pickup fled the scene, prompting an active hit-and-run investigation.
