Richmond, VA (November 18, 2024) – A high-impact multi-vehicle collision occurred on Saturday afternoon, November 16, along I-95 North near mile marker 78.5. The crash, reported near the Arthur Ashe Boulevard exit, resulted in several injuries among the involved parties.
