Richmond, VA – Injuries in Motor Vehicle Crash on I-95 NB Near Chamberlayne Ave

Richmond, VA (December 5, 2025) – A motor vehicle crash left three people injured on Wednesday, December 3. The collision happened on Interstate 95 northbound near Exit 76A by Chamberlayne Avenue, under the First Street Overpass.

State police said they arrived shortly after 3:48 p.m. and found three patients hurt at the scene. First responders reached the crash area from Hospital St and the Route 64 W entrance. Officials did not release details about how the vehicles collided or the extent of the injuries.
