Portsmouth, NH – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-95/Exit 7 Claims Life of Bremen Man
Portsmouth, NH (January 16, 2025) – A tragic multi-vehicle collision on I-95 near Exit 7 claimed the life of a Bremen man and injured two others on Monday evening, January 13. The accident occurred around 6:41 p.m. when 62-year-old Martin Osier, driving a 2010 Toyota Camry, sideswiped a concrete barrier after drifting onto the left shoulder. Osier’s vehicle, with a partially deflated tire, stopped in the travel lanes about two miles later. Shortly thereafter, a 2008 Subaru Legacy driven by 31-year-old Courtney Ramer rear-ended Osier’s car, pushing it into the next lane. A 2021 Dodge Durango, operated by 56-year-old Colleen Leonard, then struck the Camry in a second collision. Emergency responders transported Osier to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Ramer and Leonard were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and have since been released. The crash left significant debris, requiring hours of cleanup and investigation. The New Hampshire State Police are continuing to examine the events leading to the crash.
Our condolences go out to Martin Osier’s family, and we wish the injured individuals a full recovery.
