Ormond Beach, FL – Semi-Truck-Pickup with Camper Crash on I-95, One Injured

Ormond Beach, FL (September 1, 2025) – A serious crash involving a semi-truck and a Ford F-150 pulling a camper trailer left one person injured near Ormond Beach on Sunday, August 31. The accident occurred on Interstate 95, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). Troopers stated that the crash took place during the late afternoon hours, causing the pickup truck and camper trailer to overturn after colliding with the semi.

One victim was injured and transported to AdventHealth Daytona for medical treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been publicly released, though authorities confirmed the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

Emergency crews worked to remove the damaged vehicles and restore the flow of traffic along I-95. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash to determine what caused the vehicles to collide.
