Miami, FL – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-95 S Results in Injuries near the NW 8 S

Miami, FL (June 9, 2024) – On Sunday, June 9th, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on I-95 South in Miami-Dade County, near the NW 8 St/Port of Miami/Orange Bowl exit. The crash led to injuries and blocked two right lanes. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene to assist those injured. Several individuals were treated on-site for non-life-threatening injuries, while others were transported to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment. The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue worked diligently to extricate victims from their vehicles and ensured safe transportation to the hospital. The Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident to determine the cause of the crash.
