Foxborough, MA – Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on I-95 Near Exit 15  

Foxborough, MA (July 5, 2025) – One person was killed and another may have been injured following a two-vehicle crash on the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Exit 15 in Foxborough early Saturday morning, July 5. The Massachusetts State Police confirmed that the crash occurred during the early morning hours and involved at least two vehicles. A nurse who was passing by stopped to administer aid to one of the victims at the scene. Sadly, the individual succumbed to their injuries before further medical help could arrive. Footage from the crash site showed a heavily damaged vehicle being removed by a tow truck, and state troopers remained at the scene for several hours conducting a thorough investigation. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased, pending notification of their family. Detectives from the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office are leading the investigation into what caused the fatal crash.
