Foxboro, MA – Multi-Car Crash on I-95/Exit 23B Claims One Life, Injures Another
Foxboro, MA (February 15, 2025) – A tragic multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 southbound in Foxboro claimed the life of one driver and left another injured on Friday, February 14. The incident occurred shortly before 5 p.m. near Exit 23B. According to the Massachusetts State Police, the crash was caused when a driver, identified as 57-year-old William Martindale of Attleboro, suffered a medical emergency. His vehicle veered off the roadway into the median before re-entering the road and colliding with two other cars.
Martindale was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. One of the other drivers involved sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also taken to the hospital for treatment. The highway was closed for several hours as authorities conducted an on-scene investigation and cleared the wreckage.
