Fellsmere, FL (July 6, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 South near Exit 156 in the Treasure Coast region turned fatal on Sunday afternoon, July 6, prompting an active response by Florida authorities. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the collision occurred around 3:30 p.m. and involved at least three vehicles. One of the vehicles reportedly veered into another lane, sparking a chain-reaction crash that left at least one person dead at the scene. Multiple lanes were shut down as emergency responders, including paramedics and troopers from the FHP, rushed to assist victims and manage the scene.
