Chester City, PA – Fiery Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-95 Causes Injuries

Chester City, PA (November 11, 2023) -Early on the morning of November 11th, a traffic incident occurred on Interstate 95 in Chester City, Pennsylvania. A collision involving a car and two Chester City police vehicles occurred, igniting a fire that engulfed the vehicles, according to law enforcement.

The sequence of events transpired while police were conducting a routine traffic stop in the southbound lanes. A passing car struck the stationary police cars on the shoulder, leading to a fiery crash involving three vehicles. Fortunately, the officers were outside their vehicles when the collision transpired.
