Caroline Co, VA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-95 NB/Carmel Church Injures Drivers

Caroline County, VA (February 17, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 Northbound near Exit 104 (Carmel Church) resulted in injuries on February 17.
