Brevard Co, FL – Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-95 S near MM 188

Brevard Co, FL (December 26, 2025) – A woman was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on December 25 in Brevard County.

The fatal collision occurred during the afternoon hours on southbound Interstate 95 near mile marker 188 in the Melbourne area, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers reported that a Dodge Ram pickup truck was travelling southbound on I-95 just north of the Pineda Cswy when it veered off the roadway to the left. The car struck a crash attenuator, went airborne, and began to overturn.

During the rollover, the Dodge Ram collided with an Audi RS7 that was also travelling southbound. Debris from the initial impact then struck a Toyota RAV4 that was nearby.

The woman driving the Dodge Ram suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not yet released her identity pending notification of next of kin.

The drivers of the Audi and the Toyota were not injured and remained at the scene to cooperate with investigators. No passengers were reported injured.
