Boynton Beach, FL – One Killed in Overnight Crash on I-95 at MM 60

Boynton Beach, FL (April 15, 2025) – A deadly crash occurred in the early hours of April 15 on southbound Interstate 95 near Mile Marker 60, close to Hypoluxo Road, resulting in one fatality. The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reported that the collision happened around 1:00 a.m. While the exact number of vehicles involved has not been released, authorities confirmed that the crash led to a fatality at the scene. Emergency responders with the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue arrived to find one of the involved vehicles heavily damaged and a victim unresponsive.

Despite rapid life-saving efforts, the individual was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased has not yet been made public pending notification of next of kin. Investigators with FHP closed off several lanes for hours during the night as they worked to reconstruct the crash scene and gather evidence. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
