Baltimore, MD – Pedestrian Fatally Struck on I-95 near O’Donnell St.

Baltimore, MD (July 31, 2023) – In a tragic incident on Monday morning, July 31st, a pedestrian lost their life after being struck along Interstate 95, close to Exit 57 at O’Donnell Street.

Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) police promptly responded to reports of the crash involving a pedestrian around 5:26 a.m. and dispatched emergency teams. Upon arrival, they discovered the lifeless body of a man on the roadway.

Authorities from the MDTA collision reconstruction unit are actively investigating the circumstances that led to the collision. Thankfully, the driver responsible for hitting the pedestrian remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
